Rainy Season Starting

So the rainy season is beginning here in Oregon and while outside yesterday, I noticed this little bird under my car drying off. It remained there until the rain abated. 

Having lived in San Diego for 40 years before moving to Oregon over three years ago, I'm still not used to just how much it rains here. But that's the price we pay to live in such a beautiful state. Vicki and I are looking forward to the holiday season, which is almost upon us. Happy Holidays early, folks!
