Easter Treats for Zyrah

Heading to Eugene today for an Easter dinner with the family. Yesterday, I found out my great granddaughter had a wonderful time at a public Easter egg hunt with her mom and dad in tow. She had beautiful smiles on her face and seemed to genuinely enjoy the new experience. Of course, there were more surprises than just hunting eggs!

The happy little girl enjoyed being with mom and dad, but also enjoyed the festivities taking place around her. The day began with an Easter egg hunt that also meant winning prizes if the right egg was found.

Zyrah was just interested in finding those beautifully colored plastic eggs. She had no idea one of those eggs could win a prize for her.

She just understood that the eggs held candy and other small treats. This was the first year she was old enough to actually walk through the egg laden grassy area. Collecting eggs became a thing and collect them she did!

The one egg was picked up, opened and could it be? Yes! The magic egg!

Baby Z won a tricycle! She sat on it proudly, while daddy pushed her along.

But the day wasn't over. Brandon (daddy), set himself up in a raffle to win a Nintendo Switch! Great day for everyone attending the Easter day event.

Wishing everyone a beautiful Easter day, whether you celebrate or not. Blessings are in abundance. Be thankful!
