Now I Can't Unsee That

As I said in the last blog post written this morning, I have not been feeling well so I am watching programs. After watching episodes of Who The (Bleep) Did I Marry, I moved to another show I had never seen before. The show is or was on Discovery plus. Exposed: Naked Crimes is exactly what is suggests. Many criminals that do the crime naked.

Who comes up with these shows? Unreal episodes of naked criminals walking through homes without permission, running down the street away from police, someone breaking into a pizza parlor without clothes. Just crazy stuff. According to security footage, he is found to be removing clothes all the way once inside the building.

Where does the brain go to create a thought to throw their clothes onto the floor when they are in the midst of committing a crime? Bad enough you're breaking into a place of residence or business, but naked? Why is that? Does the criminal feel this is the time to let everything out? Free yourself? Let the frank and beans wiggle in the air while stealing money? Is there a sense of freedom or some type of sexual turn on performing crimes while naked? I don't understand committing crime, but it really baffles me to think of doing it naked.

The show only has one season and can be watched on YouTube if you're interested. Very odd show. I never thought about criminal activity while naked. Amazing loss of brain cells in this country. Where do all these brain cell send up? We must be floating in a sea of them by now. That's for sure. After a bit more research, I found that you can watch it on Max. I would trust Max more than YouTube, as I'm finding quite a few trailers on YouTube instead of the full episodes.

While the show is baffling and rather hilarious, it's also sad watching the victims of these cases left in a daze. One woman had her naked enemy jump onto the top of her car in a parking garage, leaving her scared and having a problem with ever going outside alone again. He clung to the car as long as he could, that is until she was smart enough to flip a corner very quickly, flinging the naked moron onto the pavement. He slid across the black top surface and I'm sure took skin off at the same time. Where he had that skin taken off, I don't want to know but he was a hurting unit, I'm sure. After laying on the pavement for a while, writhing in pain, he stood up and took off running again. I do believe there may have been drugs involved in this one.

These types of shows crack me up while also making me consider how we are hurting as a country. Mental health is not what it used to be, quite obviously. Now some of these crimes are committed under the influence of drugs too, but there are those who are in need of some serious mental care. Either way, the US is in trouble. And these people are breeding.

One naked criminal chose to strip his clothes in a gym, then was thrown out of the building. He is video taped beating up a homeless man, then hitting a man in a wheelchair. The guy was definitely on a mission to terrorize the people of the area. How scary is that? So while the show is funny, it's also quite frightening to think that someone is mentally off by that much and was out wandering among the public. The man was attacking police too. An officer shot a taser at him, to no avail. Very odd show. No wonder it only lasted one season.

One man breaks into a home, hears the woman screaming, grabs her clothing including her underwear and takes off. Police capture him down the street. The home owner finds out this is the same man who had broken into her home a couple of nights before. This would freak me out! Turns out the man was a homeless person, I guess looking for clothing, food, and whatever else might assist him through his day.

Anyway, just another non-influential show that people watch, including me. I was bored, looking for a show to help kill time during my illness. While watching it though, I could feel my brain cells sloughing off, leaving me as a mouth breather for a while. Not feeling well, my brain is foggy today, so the idea of watching anything I really have to use brain power to get through just isn't happening. The mindless or mind numbing show is perfect for this day. Please save me.

As luck would have it, Terry picked up the germ I have. He is now sick. The coughing and hacking between both of us went on all last night and early Sunday morning. We sound awful. So, being Sunday, we are in a relaxation and resting mode for today.

I did go out and purchase some veggies in a veggie tray, a bowl of fruit, some mandarin oranges, and a couple of apples. Eating healthier should occur all the time, but we often eat what we want and ignore the immune system boosting properties of good food. Now that we're sick, I'm breaking out the veggies and fruits and putting away the snack foods. Procrastination. It is a thing.

Other than watching strange TV shows and killing off brain cells, nothing is going on besides coughing, body aches, fever, and just sheer nastiness. This is my third day into the illness and now sweet man started up last night. I do hope this is something we do not pass back and forth. Bleach water will come out in full force. When it comes to germs, the battle is on!

Well, readers, I'm going to leave this post here. I know it's basically saying very little, but sometimes it is best that we say very few words and enjoy those blessings around us. Just remember, through this cold, foggy, rainy, wintry weather, soon we will see the sun burst through and feel that familiar warmth on our skin once more. Things will be looking up soon. Terry and I are definitely looking forward to that! Without the cold and bitter weather, we don't respect the sun and warmth as much. Each season has it's reason.

To beautiful days ahead.

Until our next post, hugs to all. Take care of yourselves and be sure to say "I love you" to those you care about. You can never say those three words enough.
